Non-Refund of Training Services Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2018
This Non-Refund of Training Services Policy ("Policy") is established to outline the terms and conditions governing the provision of training services by Israeli Tactical School LLC, a company incorporated under the laws of the state of Pennsylvania, ("Company").
1. Acceptance
By enrolling in and/or paying for any training services offered by the Company, clients or participants ("Clients") acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions set forth in this Policy.
2. Payment and Fees
2.1 Clients shall pay all fees specified by the Company for the training services in advance prior to attending the training session.
2.2 All fees are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in this Policy or required by applicable law.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
3.1 Clients may cancel or reschedule their training session by providing written notice to the Company at least 10 business days prior to the scheduled training date.
3.2 In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling made in accordance with Section 3.1 the Company may, at its sole discretion, offer an opportunity to reschedule the training session within a reasonable period, subject to availability.
4. Force Majeure
4.1 In the event that the Company is unable to deliver the training services due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of nature, war, strikes, government regulations or any other cause beyond reasonable control ("Force Majeure Event"), the Company shall not be liable to refund any fees paid by the Clients.
4.2 In the event of a Force Majeure Event, the Company may, at its sole discretion, offer an opportunity to reschedule the training session within a reasonable period, subject to availability.
5. Amendments and Modifications
The Company reserves the right to modify or amend this Policy at any time. Any such modification or amendment shall be effective immediately upon its posting on the Company's website or through other reasonable means of providing notice to Clients.
6. Applicable Law
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Pennsylvania. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Policy, including its interpretation and validity, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within the state of Pennsylvania.
By enrolling in and/or paying for our training services, Clients acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions set forth in this Non-Refund of Training Services Policy.
